Early departure:

• Full booking cost payable

• Credit/debit card charges will be added to your booking value

• Must be guaranteed by credit/debit card

Check Out:

• Check out time is 10:30am; an extended checkout may be available by arrangement

No Smoking:

• The Caledon is a no smoking house - both bedrooms and public areas and of course the dining room. Should you choose to ignore this policy, you will be asked to leave and charged in full for your booking plus an additional £100 for specialist cleaning to your room. Payment will be taken from the card used to secure the room/s plus the card fee.

Damage:

• Damage to The Caledon, whether reported or not will be charged using the card details given to secure the booking.

• Unfortunately this includes replacement mattress costs for bed wetting. Please ask for waterproof mattress protector if you are in any doubt.

Parking:

• Guest vehicles are parked on the premises at the owner's risk. We cannot be held responsible for any damage or theft.

Pets

• Although we appreciate our animal friends, pets are not allowed at The Caledon. Sorry!
